Midget Division Wraps Up Regular Season

The 2016-17 South West Saskatchewan Hockey League's Midget Division has wrapped up regular season play and the Shaunavon Midget Badgers are the regular season champions posting an impressive 14 win,1 loss and 3 ties record. The Badgers get the first round bye and will await the results of the first round.


In the first round, the second-place Swift Current Wild take on the seventh-place Maple Creek Midgets while third-place Swift Current Knights tangle with the sixth-place Gravelbourg Midget Stars. Glentworth, by finishing fourth, take on the Gull Lake Midgets who finished fifth in the SSHL's Midget Division.

The first round of the SSHL Midget Division is a best of three series.
