- Ryan reminded everyone that all coaching (bench) staff must be registered on Hockey Canada roster with appropriate certification.

- Presentation by Tracey Stenson; overview of the online scheduling process
- modelled after the Female League scheduling, facilitated via Zoom.
- associations need to provide ice times approx. one week in advance
- order of selection is pre-determined (random) which allows for choice/planning
- spreadsheets and training provided, approx. cost is $350-400 for whole league
- picks are completed like a draft, teams pick their away games
- timeframe is quick, approx. 2 minutes/choice, works better with 2 people/team
- consensus was to try this year and evaluate, begin with U18 tentative Oct 3rd.

1) Scholarship for U18 Graduating members
- $500 scholarship towards post-secondary education for a graduating U18 player in SSHL. The criteria and application process/forms to be determined, recipient can defer up to 3 years pending enrollment. Shauna will follow up on behalf of the VP's
2) Fines and Memberships
- no shows from Spring AGM were Eastend and Frontier, both fined $200. Both were present for Fall AGM and therefore remain in SSHL.
- Frontier paid, Eastend sending a cheque
