2023-24 SSHL U13 Division Scheduling Meeting

Overage Requests: 

• Rockglen/Glentworth - London Beliveau (2010, female) approved to play U13, no female teams within 2 hours driving distance
• Rockglen/Glentworth - Emery Knoss (2010, female) approved to play U13, no female teams within 2 hours driving distance

Schedule Format:  

Teams will play a 20 game schedule single home/away with each team.  

There are no black-out dates for this age group.

League Start/End Dates:  League play may start immediately with a mandatory start date of November 1st if games have not been played prior.  League play must be finished by February 18th.  Make-up games are to be played between February 18th - February 24th, if not sooner (early as possible).

Rosters must be submitted to the Division Commissioner prior to any league play.

Scheduling changes are to be reported to the Division Commissioner by the HOME team only.  

Game Sheets:  ALL GAME SHEETS MUST BE EMAILED to the commissioner within 24hrs by the home team. 

Play-offs:    The top 8 teams will make playoffs with the top seated team playing against the bottom seated team and working down (1 vs 8, 2 vs 7, 3 vs 6, 4 vs 5).  Bottom 4 teams can decide closer to the end of the season if they want to play off or be done.

Playoff Format:  Best of 3 in each round.

Rounds shall be completed in the following time frame:

February 24th - March 3th

March 4th - March 14th

March 15th - March 24th
